The Cover pump uses the same low profile pumping technology as our flagship Raintaker® Solar Bilge pump, but in a compact package.
Designed specifically to keep your boat cover clear of water during rainstorms. You’ll no longer show up to your boat only to see a cover full of water after a Rainstorm. The cover pump will pump day or night and utilizes 100% solar charging to keep its battery charged. This pump charges by solar only.
The cover pump is fully automatic. Set it on your cover and it will remove water for months on end.
The cover pump weighs less than 4lbs and is constructed of ABS composite, lowering its overall weight and offering an easy, portable solution to keep your cover clear of water.

The cover pump is completely self-contained and includes:
500 GPH High-torque pump.
Built in activation switch - activates when water accumulates on your cover.
Integrated locking port to secure your Raintaker to your boat or trailer if necessary (10mm hole for cable lock).
Proprietary built-in solar panel system to keep functioning at peak performance for weeks / months on end.
Internal solar rechargeable battery to ensure maximum pumping efficiency. The cover pump will remove 50+ gallons of water from your boat cover on a single solar charge. This system utilizes the built-in Raintaker® siphon system, allowing for 1.5X’s the water removal capacity from the battery alone (expect the capacity to remove 75+ gallons of water with just a few hours of daylight charging).
All Composite - sealed ABS construction.
8’ Lightweight, highly flexible - thin walled silicone hose - long enough to discharge water over the side of the covered vessel. Easy to store.
3M pad bottom, keeps the pump in place on your boat cover.
